Job Description

Actively participate in major development projects of the platform.
Develop and customize by using Workflow Designer, Flow Designer, Javascript and Data Querying
Contribute to evolution of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SPM, CSM, …)
Contribute to version upgrades.
Contribute to the implementation of new ServiceNow modules.
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules.
Handle minor evolutions and incident resolution.
Participate in the automation of recurring tasks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Be proactive and share your experience with the team.
