Assist in the monitoring and administration of enterprise NAS storage systems.
Provide support for NFS and SMB storage systems, including integration with Windows Active Directory and DFS.
Work with storage platforms such as NetApp, DELL Powerscale (Isilon), and Hitachi VSP.
Support SAN disk provisioning and participate in capacity management.
Write and maintain scripts using Shell, Python, and Ansible to automate routine tasks.
Help resolve storage incidents and contribute to the stability of NAS infrastructure.
Collaborate with infrastructure and support teams to meet operational and business needs.
Document technical procedures and contribute to the team’s knowledge base.
