Respond to technical requirements throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
Responsible for daily production and operations, with end-to-end accountability (Build – Industrialization – Run).
Ensure the operability of solutions in RUN mode (CMDB updates, documentation, management of obsolescence and vulnerabilities) – Operational Maintenance (MCO).
Incident and problem management (ITIL V4).
Guarantee business continuity (PSI).
Perform scheduled interventions occasionally (outside business hours).
Ensure proper automation of production deployments and perform these actions when necessary (scheduling, automation).
Support the entity in solution development in coordination with the Project Manager / ScrumOps.
Act as a technical integrator.
Carry out monitoring activities (TANDEM, SAP, and SAS).
Ensure compliance with DevOps best practices and standards (culture, automation, security, observability).
