The Application Support role is responsible for the day鈥憈o鈥慸ay operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of business鈥慶ritical software applications. Acting as the primary point of contact for internal users and external customers, you will diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues, perform root鈥慶ause analysis, and work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure high鈥慳vailability, performance, and continuous improvement of the applications support.
