Lead & Grow Your Staffing Portfolio
- Manage a structured portfolio of customers, with focus on mapping their recurrent talent needs and aligning them with our available consultants.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and procurement so you gain proactive visibility on upcoming assignments.
- Position Inetum鈥檚 consultants as ambassadors for our services, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuity.

Match Talent with Customer Opportunities
- Detect staffing demand within your customer base (both explicit requests and implicit opportunities) and convert them into staffing actions.
- Quickly assess which consultant(s) best fit each opportunity and present them convincingly to customers.
- Shift customers to a value鈥慴ased mindset, emphasizing the impact of deploying ready, pre鈥憅ualified experts rather than sourcing externally.
End鈥憈o鈥慐nd Staffing Execution
- Own the full staffing cycle, ensuring fast and high鈥憅uality matches between available consultants and customer needs.
- Negotiate conditions, follow up on decisions, and secure confirmation to ensure optimal deployment of our available consultants.
- Stay engaged during the onboarding phase and ensure customer satisfaction in collaboration with the staffing manager.
Internal Collaboration & Governance
- Work closely with the staffing manager, recruiters, and competence leaders.
- Collaborate cross鈥慺unctionally across business lines to combine talent and technology-driven services and generate new opportunities.
