We鈥檙e looking for a Junior Project Management Officer to elevate the delivery of a diverse project portfolio and strengthen governance across a leading international banking group.
In this role, you鈥檒l help driving project standards, reporting excellence, and portfolio-wide visibility, supporting leaders with clear insights and enabling project teams to work smarter.
What You鈥檒l Do:
- Build and refine frameworks that ensure effective oversight of complex project portfolios.
- Set up and manage robust tracking and reporting models covering risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, actions, and change control.
- Prepare and deliver governance materials, interacting confidently with stakeholders at every level.
- Provide hands鈥憃n support to major projects, from governance setup and RAID management to SteerCo documentation and project closure.
- Lead capacity鈥憄lanning efforts across multiple initiatives, helping teams navigate resource challenges.
- Contribute directly to key project deliverables and shape how projects are scoped, framed, and executed.
- Continuously enhance PM methodologies, templates, and tools to meet evolving business needs.
- Build and maintain centralized reporting frameworks, ensuring data accuracy and transparency for internal and external audiences.
