Job Description
Greet and welcome patients in a professional, warmly manner
Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
Provide information and assistance to patients and employees
Verify patient demographics, insurance and collect copays and patient balances
Check patients in and out efficiently while maintaining accuracy
Handle referral authorizations and basic office paperwork as required
Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned
