You Will:
Support end users in the day-to-day work and act as an advanced system user within the department:
Conduct system clean-up and system routines
Support end-users on daily system-related issues
Feedback to System Specialist (ex-Super Users)
Conduct basic troubleshooting and reporting
Maximize operational excellence, quality, and efficiency by ensuring system-related best practice guidelines are followed, all flow systems are working, and IT system related procedures are implemented
Identify and suggest improvement opportunities and/ or need for department operations
Responsible for training end users and team leaders on any new functionalities on the system or any improvement
