Position Summary:
The Enterprise Systems and Integration Lead is responsible for the operational ownership of enterprise systems and integration architecture. This role ensures the reliability, scalability, and performance of internal IT platforms, while overseeing integration strategies and execution. Positioned under the strategic leadership of the Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture and Systems, this role focuses on day-to-day technical leadership, system maintenance, and team coordination, supporting the broader enterprise architecture vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain enterprise systems including internal business applications and internal platforms.
- Oversee integration architecture and middleware operations to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Power Platform, Azure and other necessary technologies.
- Lead technical teams in resolving issues, implementing features, and maintaining system documentation.
- Coordinate deployments, updates, and release cycles across platforms.
- Manage credentials, client secrets, and service account passwords to maintain system security.
- Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as log clean-up and user access reviews.
- Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to support data schema understanding and reporting needs.
- Serve as the primary contact for system-related inquiries, escalating only when strategic review or architectural exceptions are needed.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and governance policies.
- Support innovation and operational improvements aligned with enterprise architecture direction.
