Retail Assistant Manager Nelson

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced assistant manager to join our Nelson retail team. In this role, you will oversee the smooth running of our Nelson Retail Store 9:15 - 3:15 on Saturdays, and work 3.5 hours on a weekday, totaling 9 hours per week.

Ideally you will also be available to cover for the Store Manager on other days of the week, if required. Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Supporting store manager in operations and achieving the shop’s revenue targets
• Sorting donations and restocking shelves
• Maintaining store displays and cleanliness
• Collaborating with the manager to price goods appropriately
• Encouraging and supporting exceptional customer service
• Leading and motivating volunteers
