Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio strategy and value growth: Strategic management of the assigned real estate portfolio with a focus on long-term value growth and sustainable profitability.
Financial performance management: Full responsibility for the portfolio’s financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
Capital expenditure management (CapEx): Proposal, planning, and management of property investments, including evaluation of return on investment.
Operational efficiency (OpEx): Control and optimization of operating expenses and overall operational performance.
Stakeholder cooperation: Close cooperation with facility management and key internal and external suppliers.
Sustainability and energy efficiency: Active involvement in sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency improvements, and CO₂ reduction.
Leadership and cross-functional collaboration: Leadership and development of a regional team and close cooperation with internal departments (Finance, Investments, Sustainability).
Reporting and decision support: Regular performance reporting and preparation of materials to support management decision-making.
