You will be part of the Regional Financial Services Marketing team, supporting Grab's Financial Services ecosystem across GrabFin and Digibanks in Southeast Asia.
This team drives go-to-market execution for lending and payments products that help consumers and driver-partners manage cash flow, access credit responsibly, and transact seamlessly in everyday life. These include cash loans, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), and core payments, supporting use cases from daily spending to short-term liquidity and income smoothing.
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a lead role in shaping and delivering regional GTM execution, working across multiple markets and stakeholders.

As Regional Marketing Manager โ Financial Services, you will own and lead regional go-to-market (GTM) execution for lending and payments products across Southeast Asia, covering both consumer and driver-partner segments.
This is a senior execution leadership role. Leading not just for delivery, but for how well GTM works โ translating business goals into clear workstreams, orchestrating execution across teams, adapting plans based on data, and continuously raising execution quality.
You will be trusted to operate with ambiguity, make sound decisions, and influence outcomes across product, business, analytics, risk, and country teams.
You will report to Regional Head of Marketing - Financial Services and be based onsite at Petaling Jaya office.
