Get to Know the Role
This role is critical in managing relationships with GrabFood's Enterprise-level partners such as Highlands Coffee,McDonald's, Jollibee, KFC, Pizza Hut, Pizza 4P's, Katinat, Ph煤c Long..., ensuring and driving mutual growth.
You will report to Assistant Manager, Enterprise Commercial.
You will work onsite at HCMC.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Promote communication between GrabFood and enterprise commercial partners, ensuring experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects flow and promoting long-term relationships.
- Manage the onboarding process for new enterprise accounts, ensuring a smooth integration into GrabFood's processes.
- Monitor measurements for assigned accounts, including sales volume, order accuracy, delivery efficiency, and customer feedback.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose relevant strategies to enhance partner performance.
- Collaborate with partners to implement promotional campaigns, menu optimizations, or pricing strategies that align with market demands and our goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, order inaccuracies, or system errors, ensuring minimal disruption to partners.
- Use data analytics to identify patterns, predict outcomes, and recommend proactive measures to improve partner and GrabFood's overall performance.
- Represent GrabFood in meetings, presentations, and events to showcase the value of partnership and strengthen collaboration.
