As Recruitment Co-ordinator you will provide administrative and coordination support within the Human Resources Department, specifically within the Resourcing function. Offering a quality service to hiring managers and external candidates
Working alongside a Recruiter you will be responsible for:
- Owning the coordination of onsite and virtual interviews
- Owning the post offer and on boarding process
- Providing timely feedback to candidates
- Conducting pre-screens
- Responding to hiring manager and candidate queries
- Creating vacancies and advertisements
- Facilitate and support the coordination of recruitment campaigns and projects
- Ensuring that the in-house recruitment systems used to capture recruitment related information are accurate and up to date at all times
- Support the wider HR function as and when required
