Pay Rate: $34.25 per hour. Monday – Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM

- Supervise refrigeration team members as directed by Management in plant. Provide materials and
- Planning for maintenance repairs. Provide leadership and direction to maintenance team members, interface with other department team members. Assess and respond to facility maintenance needs.
- General cleaning and/or assisting other crew, if required.
- Maintain safety, housekeeping and sanitation, and GMP requirements while performing job duties.
- Makes necessary adjustments and/or repair of ammonia, chilled water, chlorine, ice maker and delivery, HVAC, and hot water generator and delivery systems. Monitor and make adjustments to product cooler temperatures.
- Operate and perform maintenance on boilers, condensate return systems boiler feed water systems stack economizers, and chemical injection systems for boilers and cooling towers.
- Interpret readings on the oxygen trim and boiler flame control systems, making repairs and/or adjustments as required to insure peak boiler operating efficiency.
- Operate and maintain the hot water generation and delivery systems, interpreting pressure and
- temperature readings and making repairs and or adjustments as required to insure peak operating efficiency.
- Monitor and make adjustments to PAA (Paracidic Acid) pumps to maintain proper concentration levels. Operate and maintain Ammonia Compresors and Ammonia Transfer Pumps, making repairs.
