THE POSITION:
The Group Copy Supervisor (GCS) is an active contributor to the creative team, taking full responsibility of the work, owning concept and copy development on various projects across the portfolio ranging in complexity and scope. The GCS has a proven ability to multitask and delegate as appropriate to ensure seamless management of projects of varying types, while still contributing to idea generation. The GCS is a direct liaison between creative and senior account team members, focused on consistently delivering work that answers strategic, business, and creative expectations. The GCS possesses advanced presentation skills and is often called upon to sell work externally. The GCS is also responsible for providing career-building guidance, mentorship, and support to the full copy team to foster growth and development.

EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:
Travel: Some travel may be required for meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Overtime and/or weekend/evening hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
