THE POSITION:
The People Partner - Europe (Italy, Spain & Portugal) reports to the People Director and works closely with the European and global HR team, as well as other global functions like Finance and Legal, and external partners and service providers. This role supports the HR needs of managers and employees across multiple European countries.
The ideal candidate is located in Ireland, has previous HR experience in more than 1 country in Europe (Italy is a must) and speaks Italian. Any additional European country (ideally Spain & Portugal) would be a strong plus.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on, operational mindset. Someone who enjoys "doing" as much as "guiding", thrives in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment and is comfortable with ambiguity, resilient in the face of change.
The People Partner - Europe (Italy, Spain & Portugal) plays a key role in enabling our growth and operations by delivering high-quality HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, implementing and reinforcing compliant HR policies and practices, and fostering a positive, engaging, and productive work environment. A strong understanding of service-based business models and client-centric logic is highly valued.
