Job Description

 Work with business units to assess need for data trending and analysis. Work with BI tools and report writing staff to transform various data into information that enables decision making.

 QUALIFICATIONS

•BS degree in Information Services or related area.  In lieu of BS degree, extensive IT management experience may be considered.

•Five (5) years managment/leadership experience. Project management experience required

•Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Project, Excel, Access, Word and Visio

•Knowledge of technology fundamentals and concepts (Microsoft technologies preferred)

•Work well with others and complete tasks on time with minimal supervision

•Work effectively within all organizational levels and in a high-pressure diverse environment

•Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing

•Rapidly resolve issues and recognize when escalation is necessary and initiate appropriate actions

•Effectively manage and prioritize time

•Exercise excellent problem solving utilizing structured thinking skills; and

•Demonstrate flexibility, agility, and change management skills
