Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
o Documentation
o Quoting/Procurement
o Diagnose, resolve and follow through on computer malfunction, and meet the needs of
the end user with no technical guidanceÂ
o Trouble shoot and repair/maintain desktop issues, both hardware and software related.
o Service desk activities to include answering client calls or reviewing, resolving and closing tickets in the Service Desk queueÂ
o Trouble shooting systems and equipment problems or malfunctions

Technical Desktop Skills
o You can reset passwords
o Join computers to the domainÂ
o Install any software including the windows OSÂ

o Can handle virus and spyware remediationÂ
o Outlook and Email issuesÂ
o Mobile phone issues such as setting up emailÂ
o Windows 7 / 8 install, maintenance, and managementÂ
o Windows XP decommission migration to Windows 7 / 8Â
o Microsoft Office products build, maintenance, and management
General Skills
o Excellent customer service, telephone and interpersonal skillsÂ
o Ability to move equipment, install PCs, monitors, printers, and peripherals in a business
environmentÂ
o Willingness to unbox, stage and inventory equipmentÂ
o Must demonstrate a strong customer service focus while meeting or exceeding customer expectations, service level commitments, and changing priorities.Â
o Flexible/Adaptable â most customer support will be during normal office hours, but there will be some after-hours support in the evening, weekends and/or Holidays
