â˘Have the ability to apply solid trouble-shooting concepts to discover and/or fix any issue that may impact or impede the ability to deliver system stability in a timely manner.Â
â˘Manager, Application Support will provide guidance, leadership and expertise to team members and participate in performing procedures focusing on complex judgmental and/or specialized issues.
Qualifications â˘5-7 years experience required in IT or related field.
â˘2-5 years of management/lead experience required in IT or related field.
â˘Bachelorâs Degree required.
â˘10+ years experience in lieu of a Bachelorâs Degree.
â˘4+ years of management/lead in lieu of a Bachelorâs Degree.
â˘Strong leadership skills, with an ability to lead and motivate a staff in a growing, flexible environment, utilizing diversity in approach and methodologies.
â˘Experienced manager with proven ability to lead in a diverse market.
â˘Minimum of 7 years work experience that includes leadership/management.
â˘Project management experience.
â˘No less than three yearsâ experience with relationship building.
â˘3+ yearsâ experience in middleware technologies such as Tibco/ Oracle Fusion.
â˘3+ yearsâ experience in Oracle Weblogic.
â˘Coaching, mentoring, goal building and goal setting experience.
â˘5+ years Telecommunication experience, preferably wireless.
â˘5+ years of experience with operational principles and operational processes required.
â˘5+ years managing software code fixes required.
â˘Experience managing and working with vendors, customers, and internal resources.
â˘5+ yearsâ experience managing IT support required.
â˘Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
â˘5+ yearsâ experience coordinating development efforts with various stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, development, customers, and vendors.
â˘3+ years Business/functional Analysis.
â˘3+ years testing.
â˘Experience working directly with business partners on operational issues and communicating effectively to senior management as well as a large number of geographically dispersed customers.
