Project management for complex, exciting and innovative projects in building construction, logistics and various branches of industry.
Developing sophisticated solutions from concept development to the last detail for a wide variety of building types.
Leading project teams with the responsibility for content and economic aspects of the projects.
Central contact person for clients, contractors and internal teams.
Precise, firm and result-oriented communication with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders.
Planning, monitoring, coordination and control of the entire building permit process in accordance with Czech legislation.
Acquire projects and clients as well as make initial contact. The aim is to develop an effective long-term relationships with our clients.
Conducting of technical due diligence.
Interdisciplinary, cross-site cooperation within our planning and project team.
Independent project lead work on individual planning and subject areas.
