Serves as District Technical Advisor and team lead for EGPAF program implementation at district level
Maintains a functional cohesive team and leads EGPAF consortium partners to support optimal service delivery
Serves as the Foundation鈥檚 interface with District Health Authorities and coordinates with all key stakeholders within the districts
Provides technical assistance through training, mentoring, coaching, supportive supervision at public health facilities to ensure optimal HIV/TB care & treatment including related co-morbidities services
Provides direct clinical care to clients with complicated cases as needed
Responsible for district program reports to the EGPAF projects & technical leadership
