Lead IMS Analyst
Location: Based in London on a hybrid basis, with travel to Suffolk as required.
Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 dependant on experience, plus benefits
Benefits include:
- Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
- Bonus: 5% annual bonus.
- Pension Contributions: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution 15% employer contribution.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Integrated Management System (IMS) Analyst to play a key role in the development, maintenance, and assurance of the Integrated Management System for the Sizewell C project. You will provide leadership, technical expertise, and governance to ensure the IMS supports project delivery, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
About You
- Significant experience in IMS, quality management, or business management systems within large, complex programmes
- Proven experience in a lead or senior IMS role, ideally within nuclear, infrastructure, engineering, or regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of ISO management system standards and regulatory compliance
- Experience supporting audits (internal, external, and regulatory)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to influence at senior levels and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
