About Sizewell C
Sizewell C is one of the UKâs most significant infrastructure projects, delivering low carbon energy for generations. Joining us means contributing to a project of national importance, supporting energy security, regional growth, and long-term skilled employment.
Weâre looking for a Quality Lead (CFSI Manager) to play a key role in safeguarding quality performance and protecting our project from Counterfeit, Fraudulent and Suspect Items (CFSI).
If youâre equipped to take ownership of quality excellence and risk prevention in a high profile environment, weâd love to hear from you. We are growing and expanding rapidly, and itâs an exciting time to join Sizewell C at the early stages.
The Opportunity
As CFSI Manager youâll work alongside the Head of Supplier Quality to assess supplier performance, turning insights into improvement programmes and elevating the overall quality delivered across our supply chain. Youâll help ensure the Supplier Quality function within the PDO operates safely, efficiently, and right first time â and stays aligned to our Quality Strategy, CFSI Strategy and Sizewell C project goals.
As the CFSI Manager, youâll take the lead on developing and maintaining strong, proactive processes to identify, prevent and mitigate the highest level of CFSI risks. Ensuring these are identified and reported to the right parties to be addressed correctly. These activities will require you to interface with other parts of the key wider stakeholders for information sharing and gathering - particularly with our Regulators and internal / external auditors.
Your work will directly strengthen the integrity and resilience of our supply chain, ensuring the right controls are in place to keep the project safe, compliant and future ready.
Who You Are
Youâre a proactive project professional with strong experience in strategic project management and the delivery of major projects. Youâll bring:
Proven leadership experience in a quality assurance or quality control environment within the nuclear industry or another relevant safety critical sector.
A strong track record of engaging with diverse stakeholders, resolving issues across multicultural environments with multidisciplinary teams in major projects.
The ability to implement effective quality management arrangements and ensure they are followed.
Experience leading and managing a team or department of Quality professionals, with the capability to motivate, guide and support high performance.
Exceptional relationship building skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Confidence in analysing data, preparing clear reports, and making informed recommendations.
