The Opportunity
In this role, youâll help maintain and improve the reporting systems that keep our project safe and compliant. Youâll support event investigations, provide insights that guide better decisions, and contribute to the wider transition towards An Electric Britain.
Youâll join us on a salary starting of at least ÂŁ34,500 per annum, with the need to work on site at #HinkleyPointC four days each week. Youâll build strong relationships across teams while supporting investigations and reporting programmes that shape safe and efficient working.
Working within our Learning and Improvement function, youâll help embed lessons learned across a complex, highâprofile nuclear construction programme. Youâll work with experts across the site to capture insights, analyse trends, and support improvements that make a real difference to people and performance.
Who You Are
Weâre looking for an Learning & Improvement Coordinator who brings strong experience in safety, quality or engineering, and who is confident supporting investigations and improving reporting processes. To be shortlisted, you need to offer:
To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which will ordinarily require you to have been a resident of the UK for at least three of the past five years.
