Head of Data and IM
Location: Based in London/Bristol.
Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Salary: Competitive dependant on experience, plus benefits
Benefits include:
- Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
- Bonus: 10% annual bonus.
- Pension Contributions: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution 15% employer contribution.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Data & Information Management (IM) to lead the development and execution of the data and information strategy across the Sizewell C project lifecycle from construction through to operations.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring that data is governed, structured, secure, and leveraged effectively to drive performance, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and long-term asset value.
About You
- Proven leadership in enterprise Data & IM functions.
- Experience delivering data strategy in major infrastructure or capital projects.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and information assurance.
- Experience implementing CDE / BIM / asset information systems.
- Familiarity with UK regulatory environments and secure information handling.
- Demonstrable ability to influence at executive and programme board level.
