The Opportunity

As a Senior Facilities Services Delivery Lead, you’ll play a central role in providing and improving the facilities that help our construction teams stay safe and productive. Your oversight will support daily operations, long term planning and the wider programme as we continue EDF’s journey towards An Electric Britain.

Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, you will be based at #HPC Bridgwater, Somerset. You’ll work within a fast paced setting where unplanned works can arise quickly, requiring you to reprioritise any time to maintain safe and reliable service provision across a complex site.

You’ll help coordinate vital work streams, manage the delivery of facilities services across multiple areas and guide both EDF colleagues and embedded contractors. This includes contributing to temporary works activities, overseeing property and building assets, and supporting compliance across safety, environmental and regulatory frameworks. As part of a large multi-disciplinary team, you’ll help bring delivery partners together and solve challenges that make a meaningful impact while driving the transition towards An Electric Britain.

Who You Are

• Degree standard education or recent senior management experience in a related industrial setting
• Technical experience and understanding of British standards and regulations
• An understanding of CDM regulations
• Experience in facilities management services and projects
• Proven delivery experience within a large project environment
• Experience working with or developing similar sized packages of work with significant budgets
• Excellent communication skills with positive stakeholder engagement
• Ability to address complex issues and develop solutions with a one team ethos

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the delivery of critical facilities services across assigned areas
• Overseeing contractors and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory and site controls
• Supporting temporary works activities across installation, operation, maintenance and removal
• Managing operational planning, performance reporting and risk mitigation
• Guiding Delivery Leads and contributing to training, mentoring and day to day leadership
