Main Purpose of Job
The Lead/Manager β SAP SuccessFactors will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of SAP SuccessFactors modules. This role will act as the primary point of contact for all SuccessFactors-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, driving process improvements, and leading a team of SAP professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects, including planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.
- Oversee the design, configuration, and customisation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation).
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful adoption of SuccessFactors functionalities.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of SAP SuccessFactors consultants and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Drive change management activities, including training, communication, and support to maximise user adoption and minimise business disruption.
- Establish and enforce governance, standards, and best practices for SAP SuccessFactors usage, data integrity, and security.
- Liaise with SAP and third-party vendors for issue resolution, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.
- Monitor system performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for process and system optimisation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Oversee the development and delivery of HR analytics and reporting.
