Job Summary
The Lead, Planning & Research will be responsible for coordinating strategic planning and research activities that drive evidence-based improvements in healthcare delivery across Imo State. This role supports the development and execution of organisational plans, conducts research to inform decision-making, and ensures that planning processes are data-driven and aligned with healthcare priorities. The position plays a key part in advancing the organisation鈥檚 mission through rigorous analysis and effective project management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans in line with organisational objectives.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support policy formulation, programme evaluation, and service improvement initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate research findings and planning outcomes to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of research insights into planning and decision-making processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, recommending adjustments as needed.
