Job Summary
The Lead, Treasury will oversee and manage all financial operations related to treasury functions within a large network of healthcare facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient cash flow management, investment strategies, and financial risk mitigation to support the organization鈥檚 mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services. The Lead, Treasury will work closely with the Assistant Director, Finance/Procurement to implement financial strategies that enhance operational efficiency and sustainability. The role requires a strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and strategic financial planning.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cash management, liquidity planning, and investment activities to optimize financial resources across all facilities.
- Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposure, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including banks and financial institutions, to support the organization鈥檚 financial objectives.
