Job Summary

The Officer, Performance Management plays a critical role in driving workforce excellence and organizational effectiveness across our network of healthcare facilities. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring performance management systems that align with organizational goals and enhance staff productivity. By collaborating with HR leadership and department managers, the Officer ensures that performance metrics support continuous improvement, staff engagement, and the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance management frameworks, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms, to support staff development and organizational objectives.
