As a Manager in the Enterprise Risk team at Deloitte, you will lead client engagements and manage project teams to deliver high-quality risk advisory services. You will be responsible for overseeing the full engagement lifecycle, from planning and execution to reporting and client relationship management, ensuring that all work aligns with client objectives and Deloitte’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple client engagements, overseeing project delivery and ensuring all objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including cross-selling Deloitte’s broader service offerings.
- Design, implement, and review risk management solutions tailored to client needs, leveraging industry best practices and Deloitte methodologies.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of client presentations, reports, and other key documentation.
- Proactively manage project budgets, profitability, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
- Stay abreast of global trends and regulatory developments, applying a global mindset to problem solving and client solutions.
- Evaluate and enhance clients’ risk management frameworks, governance structures, and internal controls using a data-driven approach.
