Job Purpose: To support the delivery of services to current clients on delegated engagements/projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Delivery Manager in project execution within specific area of competency, raising issues that may affect quality or timelines.
- Develop and maintain productive client relationships, communicating regularly to meet deliverables expectations and identify opportunities for follow-on work.
- Assist in creating client presentations, documentation, and ongoing business process improvements.
- Propose solutions to address issues in area of expertise, potentially enhancing service offerings to clients.
- Share expertise with team members, mentor junior staff, and contribute to quality and timeous delivery of work.
- Actively build business relationships that generate leads and support cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain personal development and knowledge in specialised area.
