As the Engineering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software solutions that deliver exceptional value to our clients. You will lead technical discussions with clients, mentor junior team members, and contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of our products.
Working cross-functionally, you will drive engineering excellence, advocate for best practices, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
The role will also focus on accelerating the growth of the business by leading enterprise-wide, high profile and complex multi-year programs while trailblazing the market and forging strong C-suite business relationships with key clients.

1. Software Engineering Delivery
Ensure reliable, high-quality delivery of software solutions. Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software systems.
- Ensure engineering delivery aligns with product roadmaps and business objectives.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirements.
2. Technical Architecture & Solution Design
Ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable system architectures. Key responsibilities
- Define system architecture and engineering design standards.
- Review and approve key technical decisions and solution designs.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and platform strategies.
- Lead technical design reviews and architectural governance.
- Guide the adoption of modern engineering patterns (microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture).
3. Cloud Platform Engineering
Enable scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud platforms. Key responsibilities
- Design and oversee cloud-native architectures.
- Guide the use of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) across engineering teams.
- Ensure infrastructure is defined through Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Optimize cloud cost, performance, and reliability.
- Ensure cloud security and compliance controls are embedded.
4. Engineering Excellence & DevOps Practices
Drive high engineering standards and modern delivery practices. Key responsibilities
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development frameworks.
- Champion CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Improve developer productivity and engineering workflows.
- Ensure effective observability, monitoring, and operational readiness.
5. Product & Stakeholder Collaboration
Align engineering delivery with product outcomes. Key responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to shape solutions.
- Translate product requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Ensure engineering decisions support product performance, customer experience, and scalability.
- Provide technical input into product roadmaps.
6. Engineering Leadership & Talent Development
Build and develop high-performing engineering teams. Key responsibilities
- Mentor and coach engineers and senior developers.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide architectural guidance.
- Support career growth and technical capability development.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.
