The impact you’ll make:
As a Manager/Associate Director you will work with highly skilled professionals providing extensive support in financial due diligence, M&A advisory, debt advisory, turnaround and restructuring, as well as valuations and modelling.

As such, you will spend time building lasting client relationships that are key to achieving our team’s and our client’s objectives.
Your typical day may include:
- Project management of transaction execution, including direct liaison with vendors/bidders/boards and other deal stakeholders (international and national corporations, emerging high-growth companies, private businesses, and private equity firms)
- Overseeing the structuring and delivery of deal and business development documents such as strategy papers, marketing documents, management presentations, valuation analysis, purchaser co-ordination, and the preparation of information for client/bidder/stakeholder communications.
- Leading the delivery of due diligence processes including responsibility for the data room and Q&A process.
- Mentoring and supporting the development of junior staff.
- Working cross-functionally across different practices and businesses within the firm.
