Scoping client needs, conducting workshops to gather AS-IS, TO-BE and gap fit analysis, and lead parts of the business process re-engineering requirements.
Test solutions and perform fit for purpose analysis on proposed solutions.
Assist our Application Support team to resolve upcoming and escalated service tickets post go live and enhancements requirements.
Develop relationships and contribute to sharing ideas, knowledge and development of colleagues and wider community (colleagues, clients and network).
Leverage your subject matter expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to lead and contribute to solution design, blueprinting and system configuration
Work closely with technical and development teams to produce high-quality functional and technical documentation
Lead payroll-focused workshops to capture AS-IS and TO-BE processes, perform fit-gap analysis, and drive business process re-engineering
Provide expert input into payroll architecture decisions, including integrations with SAP ERP / S/4HANA
Support and execute payroll testing cycles, including unit testing, integration testing, UAT and parallel payroll runs
Perform fit-for-purpose assessments on proposed payroll solutions to ensure compliance, scalability and operational efficiency
Support post go‑live activities including collaboration with the Application Support team to resolve escalations and deliver payroll enhancements
Build strong client and internal relationships and contribute to knowledge sharing, capability uplift and community development across Deloitte’s SAP Human Capital practice
