As a Team Administrator supporting the Transactions team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with the Business Support Lead, you will provide high‑quality administrative support that enables the team to focus on delivering exceptional services.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to ensure seamless team operations.
- Support financial and client administration, including processing invoices, managing expenses, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, schedules, and logistics for team members and senior staff.
- Maintain accurate systems, documentation, and shared resources to support practice efficiency.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth transition for new joiners and leavers.
