About this role:
As a Junior Digital Product Designer, you will help understand and analyse client problems, design digital product solutions using human‑centred design approaches, and communicate ideas through concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and clear visual storytelling.
In the Customer Strategy & Design (CS&D) team, we use design methodologies to help our clients best understand the needs and behaviours of users, customers, employees and other people involved in delivering services or products.
Equipped with this insight and understanding of the opportunity spaces, we guide clients through the design process to create great product and service experiences that meet the needs of end-users and achieve the desired outcomes for their organisation.
Our work includes: UX design, customer research, customer experience strategy, end-to-end experience visioning, service design, prototyping and testing of future experiences (both digital and physical) and workshop facilitation.
The CS&D Team is led by Auckland-based Deloitte Digital (Customer Portfolio) Partner, Leissa Wheatley.
