We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will watch for our platforms' state in real-time and warn other parties about spotted issues.
We expect the Technical Support Specialist to:
- Ensure trouble-free functioning of the SH (Software & Hardware) complex,
- Immediately attract other specialists of the company in accordance with the approved protocol of escalation in case of SH regular operation abnormality (diagnosed by the signal of the technical support specialist, monitoring means of the SH complex, and the client).
- Handle communication with our customers regarding their requests and issue reports
