•Organize regular Value Stream System CIP workshop and Speed /Jishuken activities for BPS maturity development
•As department BPS enabler, drive value stream BPS elements development, maturity assessment and systematic maturity improvement.
•Coordinate BPS benchmark tour, serve as contact window, coordinate external assessment, benchmark, best practice exchange and training resources
•Initiate department I4.0 strategy and development roadmap to support valure stream vision realization.
•Drive digital solutions and lead department digital applications execution.
• 组织周期性的价值流System CIP workshop 和Speed /Jishuken活动以提升BPS成熟度
• 确保Point-CIP执行的效果和效率，以加速问题解决和目标状态的稳定
• 通过对制造，物流，间接系统，流程的现状的观察与评估，设计和实现未来状态，以此来提升部门的BPS成熟度
• 领导BPS成熟度审核
• 领导BPS元素在部门内的执行，发展和优化BPS元素的标准
• 为工业4.0活动提供BPS知识基础（AGV, RFID, MES, APP, Niv+ etc）
