- Responsive Support: Provide timely and effective support for a variety of ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Team Lead, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
What You'll Lead & Contribute To (Project Work):
- Digital Brand Management: Take ownership as the Project Lead for HRS-MY's LinkedIn page, developing content, optimizing engagement, and enhancing our professional online presence.
- Team Cohesion: Play a vital role in coordinating and executing team engagement activities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Strategic Insights: Analyze HR data, identify trends, and prepare compelling presentations for our monthly department meetings, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- Reflective Presentation: Culminate your experience by preparing and delivering a comprehensive final presentation detailing your internship journey, achievements, and key takeaways.
