As part of the GR/BDO Solution Team, you will actively contribute to both operational and implementation activities.
Digital Solution Operations
- Support the daily operation and monitoring of GR digital solutions
- Assist in coordinating infrastructure-related topics (hosting, access management, performance, incident handling)
- Support release preparation, testing activities, and documentation updates
- Contribute to improving transparency and efficiency within our digital solution landscape
IT Demand Handling & Implementation
- Support the structured intake and documentation of digital demands from the Real Estate division
- Analyze and structure incoming requests together with the team
- Take ownership of selected smaller digital demands and drive them from idea to realization (clarification, coordination, implementation tracking, go-live support)
- Prepare decision materials and maintain implementation overviews
- Ensure transparent tracking of ongoing demands within the portfolio
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with IT Experts within the GR/BDO Solution Team
- Coordinate with internal and external IT providers where required
- Gain insight into enterprise-level solution architecture and digital governance
