Roles & Responsibilities :
1) Develop and implement the company's foreign trade strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and trade policies.
2) Manage the company's international logistics operations, including transportation, customs clearance, and distribution.
3) Oversee the preparation of all import/export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
4) Develop and maintain relationships with international customers, suppliers, and partners to promote the company's products and services.
5) Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential risks in foreign markets.
6) Manage a team of foreign trade professionals and provide leadership, guidance, and training to ensure their continued professional development.
7) Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure the smooth flow of goods and information across all aspects of the supply chain.
8) Monitor and analyze trade data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
9) Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including export controls,sanctions, and anti-corruption laws.
