As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will be the contact person for our managers and employees in all HR-related and labour law issues, both operationally and strategically.
Proactively manage and resolve employee relations concerns, ensuring all processes (identification, reporting, investigation, resolution) align with legal and internal standards.
Partner with the business on organisation design and re-design activity to improve business performance.
Implement, and continuously optimise HR processes and diversity initiatives, ensuring alignment with best practices and maximum efficiency
Review and analyse data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee performance, retention, and employee engagement, presenting patterns and insight to business stakeholders on a weekly basis, along with proposed solutions and action where required
Manage the entire employee journey to recruit exceptional individuals and foster a culture of retention for our invaluable workforce
Broad experience in all aspects of an HR Business Partnering including reward, employee relations, talent, succession planning, restructuring and leadership
Foster close working relationships with Business Unit Managers to ensure that HR activity is effectively manager.
Provide coaching and training to line managers in all matters relating to employee relations.
Manage the exit interview process ensuring relevant information is communicated and fed back to Managers if appropriate.
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees to meet business needs if required.
Support the maintenance of appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development. Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities, development plans and achievements, providing metrics within agreed formats and timescales.
Ensure the company complies with additional associated legislation including (but not limited to) Data Protection, Health and Safety and Immigration requirements.
Partner with Business Leaders to establish training and development needs.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars for employees, ensuring that training sessions are engaging and meet learning objectives, adapting training methods to suit diverse learning styles.
Support the roll out and development of integration initiatives, for example, performance management, wellbeing, cultural improvement.
