Roles & Responsibilities :
Application Development
路 Design, develop, and maintain Python applications running on Ubuntu, Windows, and Dockerized environments.
路 Implement scalable modules to handle, validate, parse, and manage large JSON datasets, especially Modbus device templates.
路 Understanding of various IIOT communication protocols such as Modbus TCP & RTU, MQTT, OPCUA, etc..
路 Collaborate with UI/UX teams to integrate backend services with modern frontend applications.
路 Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Code Quality & Best Practices
路 Follow internal coding guidelines, architecture patterns, and documentation standards.
路 Write clean, maintainable, and modular Python code using OOP principles.
路 Use pytest or equivalent frameworks for writing unit and integration tests.
路 Participate in peer code reviews and architecture discussions.
CI/CD, Deployment & DevOps Alignment
路 Build, manage, and optimize Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
路 Develop and debug Dockerfiles, container images, and multi-stage builds.
路 Work with teams to maintain environments, optimize container performance, and resolve deployment issues.
Data Handling & Device Template Management
路 Manage device configuration repositories involving Modbus and other protocol-based templates.
路 Implement validation rules, schema checks, and transformation logic for large configuration datasets.
路 Contribute to enhancements in how configuration and metadata are stored, indexed, and accessed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
路 Work with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration between backend logic and UI components.
路 Collaborate with QA, DevOps, product management, and platform engineering teams.
路 Translate functional requirements into high-quality technical implementations.
