Qualification: B.E/ M.Tech reliability/Design/thermal
Location: Bengaluru
Requirements:
⢠Prior experience in reliability of control units.
⢠Experience in Commercial vehicles domain is preferred.
⢠Knowledge of Field load calculations
⢠Ability to validate designs based on targeted failure modes
⢠Technical Failure Analysis and Risk Assessments based on the need
⢠Good understanding of Thermal, Mechanical & Thermo-mechanical phenomena during
validation
⢠Understanding of Concept of Design for Reliability (DfR, V-model etc)
⢠Knowledge of common failure modes of electronic components
⢠Aging laws for electronic components
⢠Risk analysis, PPM calculations
⢠Knowledge of statistical tools like Minitab, Weibull++
⢠Understanding customer requirements and transferring them to validation plan
⢠Writing a validation plan for product
⢠Usage of AEC-Q, ISO-16750, IEC, DIN Standards to derive test plan
⢠Knowledge of Validation test equipment's
⢠Thorough knowledge of conducting Ingress Protection (IP) tests
⢠Awareness of the AE & PS Processes
⢠8D, CAR, DFMEA, FTA & DRBFM techniques
⢠Good knowledge of validation lab practices
