Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager and Process engineering to support New manufacturing projects. This role is ideal for candidates with 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, robotics, Automation who are looking to transition into manufacturing project management & process engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Robotics automation and application
- I4.0 and MES activities
- Programming support
- Assist in manufacturing process planning and development.
- Coordination with machine manufacturer for process development and coordination
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Sales, CTG,Engg etc.) to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
- Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and action trackers.
- Support project budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
- Monitor daily progress and escalate delays or issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during project execution.
- Participate in project review meetings and prepare status updates.
- Ability to create simple dashboards(PowerBI) to track project KPIs like timelines.
Required Skills
- Robotics knowledge
- Automation and programming skils
- Basic knowledge of project lifecycle and manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on exposure to tools like MS Excel, MS Project, SAP, Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
- Digital Tools knowledge will be added advantage.
