Client farming activities: cold calling, saturation exercises and seeks other legal means to generate and build relationships with clients.
Work with our Market Analyst group on submissions for clients. These will include but is not limited to project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analyses and reports.
Prepare and conduct pitches / presentations
Coordinating and conducting site inspection for clients
Work on documentation related to transaction management, building options list, request for proposal, letters of intent, etc.
Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients
Coach, mentor and manage a team of brokers
Work with our Client Engagement Coordinator on providing clients’ post-sales support
Help mount and attend various client engagement activities
