We are seeking an enterprising and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Business Valuation team. This role is responsible for partnering with our revenue producing team by developing and harvesting new business opportunities in Hong Kong and across the Asia region. Professionals with solid foundation in financial services and a proven track record in business development will thrive in this position.
Scope of Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for business valuation services, including but not limited to IPO (Initial Public Offering), merger & acquisition, financial reporting, etc.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to effectively connect with and qualify potential clients
- Prepare business proposals, pitch materials, and client engagement documentation to showcase Colliers’ valuation capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal valuation professionals to deliver service offerings fulfilling client requirements.
- Remain abreast of industry trends and regulatory developments related to IPOs and capital markets.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates to senior management.
