We are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional with a Civil Engineering background to drive revenue growth for our Project Management (PM) vertical, specifically across basebuild/greenfield and interior fit-out projects. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and ensuring high-quality proposal submissions aligned with the organization’s strategy.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Generate new business opportunities for the Project Management vertical.
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize potential market segments.
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and key account management.
- Conduct client meetings and build strong, long-term relationships.
Proposal & Bid Management
- Prepare customized business proposals and commercial submissions.
- Review, interpret, and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs.
- Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and timely submission of all proposals.
- Collaborate with internal BD and PMC teams to deliver technically sound and competitive bids.
Strategic Contribution
- Support the development and execution of the company’s strategic vision for the PM business.
- Provide regular updates and insights on potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
- Contribute to management decision-making by presenting data-driven business development insights.
Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Project Management Consultants (PMC) team for proposal support, client presentations, and solution development.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across functions to ensure seamless proposal delivery and client engagement.
